They are seeking a Temporary Client Support employee for Surety Bonds to assist with various administrative duties and customer service tasks in their Houston, TX office.ResponsibilitiesProvide quality and profitable customer service and perform administrative duties necessary to maintain and grow bond businessAssist service team with bond requests, including new client setup, bond issuance, bond terminations, bond riders, broker of record changes, billing, scanning/imaging documents, bond renewals, underwriting submissions, and additional projects as assigned by Bond ManagerUtilize all available resources to properly obtain/maintain underwriting informationMaintain follow-up system to ensure requests are processed timelyCreate and maintain positive relationships with customers and peersProvide backup support, as requestedSkillsBachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent work experienceExcellent time management, customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills (written, verbal and listening)Well organized with an aptitude for detailsAble to work independently while taking ownership of a task through completionCompany OverviewRoanoke delivers risk solutions with unmatched responsiveness, knowledge, and dedication to help you succeed in the supply-chain logistics and global trade industry.
