SUMMARY: The MRI Technologist provides excellent patient care by performing Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures as ordered by the referring physician. Performs MRI exams as described in the procedure/protocol manual, consistently maintaining a high level of quality and productivity. Operates MRI equipment and computer systems, including Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archival Communication System (PACS), with proficiency. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARRT or ARMRIT Certification, required MRI Certification, required CPR (BLS) Certification, required 2+ years of experience in high field MRI, required Must demonstrate ability to perform intravenous injections with proficiency.
