Experience
• Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to secure the best possible outcomes.
• Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks such as preparing contracts and managing listings is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clients.
