Your future begins here!SUMMARY/OBJECTIVESThe primary responsibility for this position will be act as the Encompass LOS support desk for the mortgage division. This position will receive advanced training on Encompass. This position will report to the Mortgage Systems Admin, and it will also be responsible for assisting with additional Encompass administration related tasks as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAct as the Encompass support desk to help the various departments within the mortgage division.Work with the Mortgage Systems Admin to make any changes to the workflow and business rules within Encompass as needed.Maintain a knowledgebase of Encompass issue resolutions for access by the mortgage divisionAssist with rollout of Encompass updates, including the Encompass Next-Generation platformReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.COMPETENCIESRequires thorough understanding of the Encompass LOS from the end-user’s perspectiveStrong ability to problem solve, including the ability research issues and test solutionsAny knowledge of programming languages is a plus (though not required)Requires strong knowledge of personal computer, Microsoft Office and other software used in department.Must be able to prepare documents and compose business letters and memorandums.Must have good knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation.Requires knowledge of office practices, procedures, and general office machines.Qualifications, Education, and Certification RequirementsEducation: Bachelor or Arts degreeExperience: 6+ Months Mortgage Related ExperienceTRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSESRequired annual compliance training, New Employee OrientationPHYSICAL DEMANDSMust be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. WORK ENVIRONMENTTelecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred.
