Mortgage Quality Control Analyst (Full Time, Hybrid)
About the positionThe Quality Control Specialist is responsible for data and image quality monitoring, evaluation, and calibration scoring. Prior to a mortgage document being printed, signed, and submitted to a County Recorder, a quality review is completed which verifies data is accurate and the mortgage processes were followed. Responsibilities • Review and verify critical data points such as borrower and lender names, property address and legal description, recording information (e.g., book/page, instrument number), mortgage date and recording date.• Provide data to management, supervisors, and team leads to assist with coaching, training, and development to data entry operators • Educate agents, supervisors, and managers on Quality Assurance process • Track and identify reoccurring adherence problems and improvement opportunities • Communicates with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner • Complies with and adheres to MetaSource policies and procedures Requirements • High School Diploma/GED • Mortgage industry knowledge • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through both written and oral correspondence • Demonstrated ability to think critically and resolve difficult problems • High attention to detail Apply tot his job
