Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Processor with experience in broker transactions and the Arive software platform. The Mortgage Loan Processor will handle and manage a high volume of files (40+ per month) while working closely with clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure an efficient and seamless loan process. Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying loan applications, coordinating with underwriting, gathering required documentation, and ensuring compliance with mortgage lending regulations. Qualifications • In-depth knowledge and expertise in Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending • Proficiency in Loan Processing with the ability to handle 40+ files monthly • Experience with Underwriting and thorough understanding of loan guidelines for accurate processing • Strong skills in managing Loans, including documentation collection and analysis • Proficiency in utilizing Arive software to streamline processes effectively • Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage tasks efficiently • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Prior experience in a high-volume mortgage or lending environment is highly preferred Apply tot his job
