As one of our Loan Officers you will have: - Full suite of Government, Conventional and Non-QM products with over 80 Lenders - Aggressive Raw pricing to win any transaction (Consistently top 3 on BankRate.com) - Access to Leads and Lead Generation Tools - Flexibility to create your own compensation - Growth Opportunities (including team Leader and Branch Manager positions) - All relevant tools LOS / Pricing Engine/ E-fax / DocuSign / DropBox / Zoom - Support Staff (Processors, Graphic Designer, etc.) - 1099 Pay Structure in all States where it is legally permitted - Payout within 48 hours after funding - 100% Commission based position Responsibilities: - Originate, originate, originate - Develop a targeted client based of buyers, realtors and other potential clients - Collect and analyze prospective buyer income, assets and liabilities, and loan application documents to determine creditworthiness - Structure Loans according to Agency and Investor guidelines and counsel borrowers to understand the different loan products to determine which best fits their needs - Communication with clients, realtors, and all pertinent parties to ensure a smooth and on-time closing Experience and Skills: - MUST have at least 1 active NMLS License - MUST be working as an active MLO for at least 1 year - Position is perfect for those MLO's closing 2-5 deals a month and looking to really ramp up their production - Knowledge of loan processing, financial services, Agency guidelines, real estate contracts - An ambitious professional, looking for opportunity and career advancement - Strong mathematical skills is a plus - Capacity to originate & fund high volume - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and representing different areas of the transaction - Strong problem-solving skills to assess situations quickly and take appropriate action - Attention to detail - Ability to pass both a credit and criminal background check - English Proficiency.
