Key Responsibilities:
• Originate and close mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Evaluate loan applications for accuracy and completeness
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to assess loan feasibility
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and market changes
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and team members to expedite loan approvals
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations
Requirements:
• Proficiency in contracts, banking procedures, and basic math
• Certification or successful completion of the NMLS SAFE Test
