Position: Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) – KentuckyResponsibilities:
• Originate residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA)
• Develop referral relationships with realtors & investors
• Structure loans properly and compliantly
• Manage your pipeline from application to closing
• Maintain NMLS compliance and ethical standards

Requirements:
• Active Kentucky Mortgage Loan Originator License (NMLS required)
• Strong knowledge of FHA, Conventional, VA guidelines
• Self-starter mindset

• Existing referral relationships
• 1+ year origination experience
