Responsibilities
Working with loan processors to obtain necessary documentation to meet company/regulatory compliance standards.

Conditioning settlement agents and loan processors for corrections, clarifications or items needed prior to the drawing of final loan documents.

Analyzing loan files before final closing docs are drawn for state/federal compliance.

Sending out lender's instructions and balancing figures with settlement agents.

Ensuring accuracy in LOS system before final closing documents are drawn.
,
Ordering funding wires and obtaining conditions needed prior to or after loan funding.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience as a multi-state closer/funder in the residential mortgage industry.
