CTEC is seeking a Monitoring Support Specialist to join our remote team, with candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Job Description: Monitors the performance, availability, and health of Social Security Administration training systems and infrastructure. Tracks system metrics, responds to alerts, and ensures optimal system performance while maintaining compliance with federal monitoring requirements and service level agreements. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field with 5+ years of federal systems monitoring experience Experience with federal monitoring tools, network management systems, and government alerting protocols Knowledge of federal performance monitoring, compliance reporting, and system health management Understanding of federal incident response procedures, escalation protocols, and government service level agreements Security clearance eligibility and experience with continuous monitoring of government systems and networks Clearance: Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.
