What You'll Be Working On
Monitor payment schedules: You will be responsible for keeping track of all scheduled payments and ensuring they are processed on time
Monitor transactions in the back office of our gate: You should constantly check the transactions happening in the back office of our gate, ensuring smooth operation and finding any anomalies...
Compare performance with previous periods: You will need to analyze current performance and compare it with previous periods to track growth or identify any issues
React and act according to the notification protocol in the event of an incident: In case of any incident, you should follow the established notification protocol and take necessary actions immediately
Please, note that this is a junior position.
What You Need To Succeed In This Role
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Ability to work shifts
Good Excel skills
Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related role would be a big plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Previous fintech experience is an advantage
Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions under pressure
High sense of responsibility
Good level of English and Russian
