Monday.com → Make GPT Automation Engineer
We already have a fully paid Make Premium account + N8N available if required. We want someone who can build a complete automation system where ChatGPT generates a daily summary of all team work across Monday.com boards, including updates, progress, blockers and decisions. The final result must allow us to open ChatGPT and instantly see what the team has done, what’s pending, and what needs attention — without manually checking boards. What we need you to build A centralized MasterBoard inside Monday.com All tasks from multiple boards mirrored automatically Status, assignee, due date, priority synced Must remain scalable and clean Retrieval of updates/comments Using Monday API or Make module Get Updates Full comment history per task must be collected daily Not just statuses — real conversation context Make Automation Flow (core of the project) Must include: Daily trigger → Pull MasterBoard data → Pull comments → GPT processes → Returns structured summary → Deliver summary automatically Final Output → MUST display inside ChatGPT Summary must be formatted for direct ChatGPT consumption Should include: ✔ Completed tasks (last 24h) ✔ Tasks in progress ✔ Deadlines closing soon ✔ Blocked tasks + reason + who needs to act ✔ New comments/updates (summarized) ✔ Decisions required from management ✔ Suggested next steps (AI-generated) Must update daily without human input Optional delivery channels (we choose later): Email / WhatsApp / Telegram / Notion Archiving of historical reports Required Skills SkillRequired Monday.com advanced setup ✔ Make Premium (expert level) ✔ Monday API + Webhooks ✔ AI workflow integration (GPT/OpenAI) ✔ Structured data mapping ✔ Clear documentation & reliability ✔ Nice to have: N8N experience (we have a server ready) Experience building operational dashboards for management Prior automation of MasterBoards or update pipelines Apply tot his job
