Monday.com Expert Needed to Build CRM + Project Management System for Creative Studio
We are Openstyl Studio, a creative and branding studio working with fashion, lifestyle, and digital brands. We are looking for an experienced Monday.com expert to design and implement a full operating system for our studio. We need someone who deeply understands Monday CRM, Work Management, automations, dashboards, and cross-workspace connections. Scope of Work You will help us design and build a complete Monday.com system including: 1. CRM Integration Work with an existing Monday CRM (already set up in a separate workspace) Connect CRM to project management boards using: Connect Boards Mirror Columns Automations (e.g. Closed-Won → Create Project) Ensure Project Managers can see client info directly from CRM 2. Project Management System Build a robust Project Manager board to manage: Design Video production Marketing / Ads Must include: Projects + sub-tasks Multiple views (Table, Kanban, Timeline, Workload, Calendar) Clear status pipelines Task assignment & deadline management Automations for task creation, reminders, and status updates 3. Social Media & Content Planning Create Content Planner boards for: Client social media Internal studio content Must include: Calendar view Content pipeline (Idea → Production → Review → Posted) Platform & content-pillar tracking Easy duplication per client Optional client submission forms 4. Dashboards Build clean, executive-level dashboards that combine: CRM pipeline data Active projects Team workload Content calendars Deadlines & delivery status 5. System Design & Best Practices Suggest improvements to our workflow Set up a scalable structure (we are growing) Use clean naming conventions Provide a short walkthrough or documentation after setup Required Experience ✅ Proven experience with Monday.com (advanced level) ✅ Strong knowledge of: Monday CRM Automations Connect Boards & Mirror Columns Dashboards Permission & workspace structure ✅ Experience setting up systems for agencies, studios, or service businesses Nice to Have Experience working with creative agencies Understanding of content, design, or marketing workflows Ability to suggest optimizations beyond our brief Apply tot his job
