As an Academic Program Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing academic program development and delivery, ensuring the highest quality in curriculum design, compliance, and student engagement. This part-time (0.2 FTE) position requires a collaborative and strategic leader who can guide academic teams and work closely with university partners to achieve excellence. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of academic programs in collaboration with university partners. Ensure academic programs comply with university policies, accreditation standards, and quality assurance frameworks. Coordinate academic staff and facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor student progression, feedback, and outcomes to inform program enhancements. Provide academic leadership and support to tutors, facilitators, and administrative staff involved in program delivery. Contribute to strategic planning and reporting for academic programs. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in academic program coordination or leadership, preferably within higher education or online learning environments. Strong understanding of academic quality assurance, curriculum design, and regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. Ability to manage part-time responsibilities effectively, demonstrating initiative and time management. Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational technologies is desirable. Tertiary qualification in education, administration, or a related field is highly regarded.
