Job Summary:

The Emerging Technology team is seeking a skilled and innovative Model Mechanic to join our growing AI practice. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and innovating machine learning and AI models that power our latest products and solutions. You will have a key part in determining a model’s operational effectiveness and delivering real value.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand project requirements and deliver robust model solutions.
• Monitor and perform regular maintenance on existing models to enhance their performance and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model implementation and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into our models as appropriate.
• Document model deployment processes (AIOps) and create comprehensive KPIs for stakeholder review.
• Work in a dynamic and agile environment, adapting quickly to evolving project requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and R preferred.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
