Model Home Host Sales Greeter Open House Network is a specialized temporary staffing agency offering as-needed Hosts to work in Model Homes assisting sales staff for over 50 New Home Builders in the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex and beyond. This is a Host type position meeting, greeting, and directing prospects through model homes. Work weeks may range from two to four days and are not guaranteed but assigned based on demand from our clients. All training is provided In-Person. OHN cannot employ active Texas licensed real estate professionals. We are seeking outgoing and professional people with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with our clients. Position Requirements • Be a self-starter, personable, professional, and love meeting new people • Excellent and prompt verbal and written communication skills • Agree to use your personal smartphone device and agree to install company provided app • Have reliable transportation that will remain on property with you • Stand and or walk for 20+ minutes at a time including climbing stairs unassisted • Shifts are usually an 8 hour a day and may start as early as 9:45am. Shifts do not end later than 7:00 pm • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license Duties • Greet guests and share community information • Register guests and document daily activities • Answer phones • Conduct tours of inventory homes • Show guests Model Home features Dress Code • Ladies’ minimum: Blouses, Slacks, Dresses, Skirts, Dress Shoes • Men minimum: Long Sleeve Dress Shirt, Slacks, Dress Shoes • No visible tattoos or facial piercings • Perfume, cologne, or use of any tobacco products including e-cigarettes is prohibited Employee Types Model Home Hosts are assigned shifts by our scheduling department based on their availability each week. Hosts are required to post their availability in the App on a 6-week rolling schedule and can receive shifts the same day, days, or weeks in advance depending on the clients’ needs. Due to a high client demand, Wednesday – Friday availability is strongly preferred for all Part Time hosts. All assignments pay $12.00 per hour except same day assignments which are paid at $13.00 per hour (bi-weekly pay schedule.) Part Time • Complete a minimum of 64 assignment hours per month (Sunday-Saturday) and be available a minimum of 2 weekend days per month • Have a minimum of 3 consecutive weekdays available (Wed – Fri are the busiest days) • Be willing to work shifts within 20 miles of your home Weekend Only • Complete a minimum of 30 assignment hours per month (Saturday/Sunday) • Have 1-day availability every weekend OR 2-day availability every other weekend • Be willing to work shifts within 20 miles of your home Apply tot his job
