Mobile Sales Associate

About the Role
As a Sales Associate at our mobile retail locations, youll work closely with the Store Manager to support daily retail and warehouse operations. This role requires equestrian experience and offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable industry knowledge while growing with our dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to and work at top-rated horse shows across the nation
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store organization
Receive, stock, and manage inventory to minimize shrink
Process sales transactions, cash handling, and reconciliation
Perform local deliveries as needed
Support store activities, promotions, and special projects
Qualifications
Must be 18+ with a valid drivers license
Equine industry knowledge is required
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player
Preferred Experience (a Plus, but Not Required)
Background in Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, Polo, or Racing
Previous retail experience, including inventory tracking and cycle counts
Familiarity with NetSuite software
Vet techs, recent grads, grooms, or tack store associates are strongly encouraged to apply
