Ā Summary:
Candidates will be working as a hands on lead developer. You will not have any direct reports, but you will help to mentor and guide the team. This individual can be remote in the United States, but you would need to work the MST business hours. You will report directly to Lead Project Manager.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Ā * 7+ years in IT development
Ā 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
Ā Proven experience in leading a team of developers.
Ā Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
Ā Proficiency in mobile development frameworks and tools (e.g., Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle).
Ā Experience with RESTful APIs and mobile application lifecycle management.
Ā Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Ā Excellent problem-solving skills to find root cause
Ā Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Ā Extensive experience with both iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java) development.
Ā Strong English communication skills
Ā Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ā Knowledge of cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
Ā Knowledge of mobile security practices and performance tuning.
Ā Experience with cloud services and APIs (e.g., Firebase, AWS).
Ā Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ā Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Ā * Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
Ā Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ā Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Ā Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Project Management
Ā * Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Ā Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ā Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders.
Technical Innovation
Ā * Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
Ā Evaluate and integrate new tools, libraries, and frameworks.
Ā Advocate for and implement improvements to development processes and infrastructure.
