We are on the hunt for a dynamic and innovative Mobile Engineering Manager to join our rapidly growing team. We have recently closed $100M in funding and you will be leading a team of engineers building out a brand new mobile offering. You will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth.
Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
? Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by overseeing all stages of the software development lifecycle.
? Promote and enforce best practices in software development, ensuring the team's adherence to high coding standards.
? Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, facilitating their professional development.
? Regularly review and evaluate the team's performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
? A minimum of 2 years of experience leading and growing a team of mobile engineers.
? Wealth of experience building world-class mobile applications in iOS, React Native, and any hands-on full stack web experience would be great.
? Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
? A results-driven mindset, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
? A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
