The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own Huspy is building the Super App for real estate agents , transforming how agents and brokers work. You’ll join a fast-moving team of engineers, product, and design to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. Handle projects focusing on high-quality, maintainable code. Follow and contribute to the code patterns and engineering quality standards Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while improving legacy code. Demonstrate passion for software craftsmanship, incorporating best practices into daily work. Proactively communicate within the team and reach out for help when necessary to get unblocked. Simplify product and technical design by actively participating in product discovery and directly resolving ambiguities with Designers/PM. The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy Hands-On Engineering: Lead mobile initiatives in React Native, contribute to the cross-platform codebase, and ensure smooth releases to app stores. Engineering Excellence: Apply SOLID principles, design scalable modules, and promote best practices across the team. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Product, Design, and Data to drive product discovery, localization, and feature delivery. Work Setup: Hybrid in Dubai or Madrid, remote anywhere in the EU.
