BYOB Sports is a fast-growing social sports platform focused on bringing people together in real life. We’re building the next generation of social + sports + AI-powered experiences, and we’re looking for a developer who can grow into a core partner.
This is not a typical developer role — we’re looking for someone who thinks like a product builder, moves fast, and wants to help shape the future of the company.
About the Role
You will own the mobile product end-to-end and play a key role in shaping both the technical and product direction of the company. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with meaningful upside.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain our mobile app using React Native
• Take features from idea → design → development → launch
• Integrate and experiment with AI-driven features (matching, recommendations, ratings, etc.)
• Work closely with the founder on product strategy and roadmap
• Optimize performance, scalability, and user experience
• Own and evolve the overall app architecture
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience with React Native and mobile app development
• Product mindset — you care about user experience, not just code
• Experience or strong interest in AI/ML integrations
• Ability to work independently and execute quickly
• Comfortable building from 0 → 1 and iterating fast
• Entrepreneurial mindset — partner mentality, not just an employee
• Based in Miami
Compensation
• Small base salary
• Revenue share / percentage of the business
