We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Mobile Email Chat Support Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers via mobile email and chat channels. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via mobile email and chat
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Experience with mobile email and chat platforms a plus
