We are seeking a talented individual to join our Customer Support team as a Mobile Email / Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via email and chat on mobile devices. If you have a passion for helping others and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat on mobile devices
• Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer problems
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with mobile devices and email/chat platforms
