Mobile Developer - For Revolutionary Startup Friendship Platform (Part Time)
We’re an early-stage startup building something truly special, and we’re looking for a talented Mobile Developer to join us at the ground level.
This role starts as a part-time (20 hours/week), equity-based position while we raise seed funding, with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time, salaried role as funds become available.

What You'll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain hybrid mobile applications using TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Build a portable RESTful API client for seamless backend interactions.
• Create an intuitive, high-performance UI with VueJS 3.
• Develop a hybrid mobile app using Capacitor or Cordova.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated deployments.
• Implement real-time features like WebSocket-based services.
• Build an automated testing framework for both front-end and end-to-end testing.
• Translate user and business needs into functional frontend designs and reusable code.
• Work closely with the founding team, iterating rapidly based on user feedback.
• Contribute to our long-term technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years as a full-stack developer or software engineer (startup experience preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, VueJS 3.
• Experience with hybrid mobile development (Capacitor or Cordova).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and NoSQL systems.
• Familiarity with AWS deployments (ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and working with Git.
• Knowledge of real-time communication technologies (WebSockets) and third-party APIs (including Gen AI providers).
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Bonus: Experience with scalable database design and mobile app release processes (App Store, Google Play).
