Our mission is to create innovative software solutions for our customers and develop our own products that enables seamless data processing and management, delivering value to clients across diverse sectors. We have partnered with a European service provider, and our newest service (IOTiMax) recently launched. We are looking for a passionate Mobile App Developer to join us on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). In this role, you will take ownership of our mobile strategy—from iterating on existing mobile applications to designing and building new features that bring our platform to users on both iOS and Android. Whether your strengths lie in user interface, mobile architecture, or integrating backend services, we welcome candidates who are eager to grow and lead mobile app development in a startup environment. This role starts small but has significant opportunities for impact as we scale. Key Responsibilities • Improve and support our existing mobile applications, identifying bugs and areas for enhancement. • Design and build mobile applications for iOS and Android using cross-platform or native frameworks. • Collaborate with product and design to translate ideas into intuitive, high-quality mobile experiences. • Integrate with backend APIs and data services to support secure, scalable app functionality. • Define and implement mobile development best practices, including testing and deployment. • Monitor app performance, crash reports, and user feedback to drive continual improvement. • Contribute to the long-term mobile app strategy—including architecture, tools, and user experience. Required Skills and Qualifications • Experience developing mobile apps for iOS and/or Android (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related program. • Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles and native app navigation patterns. • Understanding of integrating with RESTful APIs and authentication mechanisms. • Knowledge of submitting, maintaining, and updating apps in App Store / Google Play. • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working independently or collaboratively in a remote setting. Highly Recommended Skills • Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter. • Familiarity with mobile CI/CD tools or deployment automation (e.g., Fastlane, Firebase, App Center). • Understanding of mobile analytics, push notifications, and app monitoring tools. • Awareness of mobile accessibility, offline-first design, and battery/data optimization strategies. • Exposure to Agile development practices or working in early-stage teams.
