looking for an experienced mobile app developer (or small team) to build an MVP for a safety-critical mobile application used in field operations. The app will run on both iOS and Android and must function reliably in low-connectivity environments. This project involves: an AI-powered query interface OCR scanning of documents secure file storage optional SMS fallback mode a simple administrative backend Full project details will be provided after a shortlist is created and an NDA is signed.
