Position Title: Management Trainee
Job Description:
Over the course of 9–12 months, trainees will receive practical, hands-on experience across key areas of our business, such as warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources. Through a combination of on-the-job training, mentorship, and corporate development opportunities, trainees develop a solid foundation for a successful career in the industry.

Requirements:
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities and a dedicated work ethic.

• Demonstrates ability to collaborate effectively within a team, contributing to collective goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Well-versed in computer skills, with strong capabilities in strategic thinking, organization, and time management.
• Self-motivated and self-driven with an aptitude for learning in a hands-on role.
Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors. A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar major, is preferred.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 2 plus years of related work experience is required.
Compensation:
Compensation for his role is $25-$26 / hr.
