A bit more about us: TA Team Composition: We are a team of 5: Head of TA, 3 TA Specialists, and 1 Talent Sourcer Our workload: One TA Specialist typically handles 3-5 positions, with occasional spikes up to 6-7. Our dedicated Talent Sourcer supports complex searches and collaborates closely with the TA (4-6 positions) ♂️Departments who need our help: Risk and Compliance, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, HR, Product, Operations Stack & Seniority: We recruit across all non-technical positions, from Junior to C-Level GEOs: mainly EMEA/Europe, separately UK, Ukraine, Malta Tools: GreenHouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter (Enterprise)Your regular tasksProactively source and identify qualified candidates for open positions across various non-tech departmentsUtilise a variety of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media platforms, professional networks, online databases and othersCraft compelling outreach messages that generate interest among potential candidatesBuild and maintain relationships with potential and existing candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment processPre-screen candidates to assess their skills and experience, ensuring they align with the job requirementsCollaborate with the TA Specialist to understand their needs and expectations for each roleContribute to the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and initiativesMaintain accurate and organised records of all sourcing activities and candidate interactionsMeet and exceed established sourcing goals and metrics Skills & expectationsMinimum 3 years of experience in Talent Sourcing for non-technical roles in FinTech/Forex/iGaming is a mustB2+/С1 level of English Proficiency is a mustStrong understanding of Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools across various platformsFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter (ideally Corporate/Enterprise)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProactive, resourceful, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgencyExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally GreenHouse)Hiring StagesApplication Review TA Interview Tech Interview (with Head of TA and People Director)Reference Check OfferWhat's In It For YouAt PayDo, specialists are at the heart of our innovation and success.
