RESPONSIBILITIES Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding coordination.Proactively source top tech talent (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Product Managers, etc.) via LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram communities, and other platforms.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, with a focus on sourcing and engagement.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.Conduct structured interviews, ensuring the best candidate fit.Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes using ATS & recruitment tools.Stay updated on tech hiring trends and the CIS talent market. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, specializing in hiring top tech talent.Strong knowledge of the CIS tech market and the best sourcing strategies.Hands-on experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Telegram sourcing.Skilled in interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure the right fit.Able to work independently and manage full hiring cycles.Experienced in working closely with hiring managers and tech teams.Fluent in Russian and English, conducting interviews in both languages.Comfortable using ATS and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
