We are looking for a Middle PR & Reputation Manager on Part-Time (freelance) basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of public relations, digital reputation management, and SEO in a fast-paced, innovative environment. We’re looking for a manager part-time, up to 4 hours/day . Your main tasks will be: Contribute to managing an external PR agency Oversee and coordinate the work of an external digital reputation agency Implement SERM strategies to monitor and improve brands search positions Track brand mentions, reviews, and online discussions across platforms Proofread SEO-friendly articles and social media posts Manage online reputation monitoring tools and alert the team to emerging issues. Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to align messaging Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights We expect from you: Proven track record of linking PR and SERM directly to business outcomes Solid knowledge of SERM principles, tools, and best practices. Hands-on experience with SERM techniques and online monitoring platforms. English proficiency at C1 level (knowledge of Russian language will be considered a benefit) Independent project ownership with performance-based assessment Project management and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Initiative and a can-do attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Good interpersonal communication Creative thinking and willingness to learn What do we offer: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work part-time (4 hours per day) 5/2 working week, preferably within the European time zone 1-year Outsourcing Contract A collaborative and inclusive work environment Sounds good?
