Middle Manual QA Engineer
Intetics Inc ., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join its innovative team. We are working on a healthcare product — we developed from scratch a multilayer, web-based platform, built on the basis of microservice architecture which supports numerous integrations with external web services and third-party applications. Responsibilities: Analyze requirements and participate in documentation reviews Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists) Writing training materials for the client and their team. Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing Collaborate closely with developers, product manager, and designers Reproduce and report bugs clearly; follow up on issues Contribute to QA process improvements (e.g., test documentation, process optimization) Requirements Must-have: 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA on web/mobile projects Solid experience in test design: writing test cases, checklists, and bug reports Strong understanding of bug life cycle and SDLC Hands-on experience with bug tracking systems (Atlassian set) Experience testing REST APIs (using Postman, Swagger, or similar) Good understanding of client-server architecture Strong SQL knowledge — ability to write complex queries involving JOINs, filtering, aggregation, etc. Experience with regression, smoke, and exploratory testing Experience working in Scrum / Agile teams Familiarity with version control systems (Git) Understanding of CI/CD processes Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zebrunner, etc.) Experience with mobile testing (iOS / Android) English — B1+ Soft Skills: Attention to detail Responsibility and independence Ability to clearly describe issues in a structured form Ability to work under pressure and adapt to constantly changing task priorities.
