Recruitz is seeking a motivated and skilled Mid-Level Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. If you're passionate about full-cycle recruiting, have a talent for building relationships, and want to make a significant impact on our organization's success, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
ā¢ Manage full-cycle recruitment process for various positions across different departments
ā¢ Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
ā¢ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
ā¢ Conduct interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks
ā¢ Analyze recruiting metrics and contribute to the improvement of hiring processes
What You'll Bring:
ā¢ 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
ā¢ Proven track record of successful hires across various roles and levels
ā¢ Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
ā¢ Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
