Mid-Level React/React Native Developer (AI-Native | Web & Mobile Projects) (Temp W-2 to Full-Time)

We partner with startups and established companies to build custom tools, apps, and systems that actually improve how these businesses work. Increasingly, that means using the latest AI-native development tools to boost efficiency and profitability. The Role: We’re looking for a mid-level developer who’s AI-native—comfortable not just with traditional coding but also with leveraging tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Claude Code, and others to ship faster, better, and smarter. This is a temporary W-2 position with the potential to become full-time if it is the right fit. You’ll work across multiple projects for different clients, helping us build everything from internal tools to customer-facing applications. Your job is not just to code, but to help us figure out how to do things better, using AI as a force multiplier for good development. Responsibilities: • Collaborate on multiple projects for different clients, from scoping to delivery • Write clean, maintainable code (using AI tools where helpful) • Use AI coding assistants, autonomous agents, or workflows to speed up development • Help brainstorm and prototype solutions to business problems • Stay up to date with the latest AI/dev tools and share that knowledge with the team • Communicate clearly about progress, blockers, and ideas Skills & Qualifications: • 3+ years professional development experience (preferably in web and/or mobile app development) • Strong understanding of React and React Native • Experience using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Claude Code, etc.) • Comfortable with Git, modern dev workflows, and agile-ish approaches • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset — you like solving weird or open-ended problems • Bonus: experience building internal tools or automations for businesses Why Work With Us: • You'll work on a variety of projects with real impact on how businesses operate • Be a part of a small team with lots of autonomy and input on direction • Work remote, flexible hours • Have the opportunity to help shape how we use AI in real-world software development Apply tot his job
