This role blends deep finance expertise, hands-on D365 experience, and leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients.What You’ll DoLead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Finance implementations, embedding AI-driven forecasting, analytics, and automationServe as a finance domain lead, guiding design, configuration, testing, training, and deploymentAdvise clients on best practices across core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting)Facilitate business process reviews and translate requirements into scalable D365 solutionsDesign solutions that consider cross-functional impacts (supply chain, manufacturing, projects)Recommend and integrate ISV and intelligent automation solutions where appropriateResolve complex finance and system issues through structured analysis and solutioningLead and mentor project teams while fostering adoption of emerging AI capabilitiesBuild trusted client relationships as a finance and transformation advisorWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field3–5 years of Microsoft consulting experience with 2–4 full-cycle D365 F&SCM (or AX) implementationsStrong finance and accounting domain expertise with hands-on configuration experienceExperience with Power Platform, PPAC, BPM/RSAT, and Azure DevOpsWorking knowledge of AI applications in finance (forecasting, analytics, automation)Microsoft certifications (MB-310 preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel up to 50%If residing in Canada, must be a Canadian citizen to qualify for a TN visa and travel to the U.S.Position LevelManagerCountryCanada
