Job Description
Overview
ā¢ Provide functional leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring alignment with finance processes and compliance requirements.
ā¢ Act as the central Finance point of contact for ERP changes, collaborating with IT and external teams.
ā¢ Drive adoption and continuous improvement of finance-related workflows and system usage.
ā¢ Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Finance users.
ā¢ Ensure end-to-end financial process integrity across integrated systems.
ā¢ Lead Finance participation in ERP transitions, upgrades, and enhancements.
ā¢ Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation enabled by D365.
ā¢ Support audit readiness, compliance, and governance through system-enabled controls.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
ā¢ Serve as the Finance F&O functional lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
ā¢ Own the development of business requirements and functional decision-making for D365 Financials.
ā¢ Lead resolution efforts for functional gaps through configuration changes or policy updates.
ā¢ Translate operational needs into actionable functional requirements for technical teams.
ā¢ Define and document future-state finance processes aligned with D365 best practices.
ā¢ Review and validate Finance impacts of integrations with enterprise platforms.
ā¢ Develop and maintain process documentation and system guides for Finance users.
ā¢ Drive ongoing optimization and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Job Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
ā¢ Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance systems and operations.
ā¢ Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
ā¢ Strong quantitative and analytical skills for process optimization.
ā¢ Experience in change management and stakeholder communication.
ā¢ Ability to assess downstream impacts of system and policy changes.
ā¢ Knowledge of audit readiness and compliance requirements.
ā¢ Proficiency in developing training materials and process documentation.
