Role Description


The MI & Data Insights Lead is responsible for understanding and maintaining a reporting solution to meet the needs of the Assessment as a service Capability, which will serve multiple clients.



Build, maintain and publish appropriate and to-the-point dashboards


Ensure that reporting processes are documented


Collation of Inputs from multiple teams across all areas of the business


Review processes for obtaining data and ensure robustness and efficiency


Manage both internal and external resources, timelines, and milestones across a vertical set of industries


Advanced SQL skills to write and amend SQL scripts with stored procedures


Advise on and implement advanced and predictive analytics to enhance service provision


SSRS and SSIS knowledge to understand and support the solution



Qualifications



Expert understanding of SQL, Power Query, Power BI & Power Automate


Ability to reverse engineer reports and solutions


Experience with the Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its data structure


Familiarity with Salesforce reporting suite and experience building and utilizing Salesforce reports
