Job Summary...
This position will lead the development and execution of the Technology Business Management (TBM) practice at FedEx. This position must demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate with peers, partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and monitor progress of Enterprise implementation.
Essential Functions
Ā Demonstrated experience in leading large corporate initiatives.
Ā Knowledge and in-depth working experience with TBM and Apptio
Ā Experience with financial systems and/or financial data analysis.
Ā Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain and present complex information to all levels
Ā Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the enterprise
Ā Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the larger company strategy
Ā Strong system thinking to support starting with the end in mind
Ā Ability to change priorities and respond to changing business objectives.
Ā High degree of independent leadership.

Ā Knowledge of software and engineering principles.
Ā Strong basic management, human relations, and communication skills.
Ā Utilize a data-driven decision-making framework to provide IT with the information to manage and communicate IT cost, quality, and value of our IT Products & Services.
Ā Lead large, diverse, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic and large-scale complex transformations across strategy, business, technology domains to achieve business value.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or directly related quantitative degree or related field.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years systems development experience which includes programming. Skill in one or more programming languages. If position is in mainframe environment, complex systems experience on IBM operating systems or microprocessors required. Experience in the technical design and development of major data processing projects. IMS experience. If position is in client/server environment, systems development experience to include distributed systems is required. Experience in client/server technology, object oriented (OO) development or case tools. Experience in the technical design and development of major client/server projects.
Location
Primary domicile is the FedEx World Technology Center in Collierville, TN with remote capability consideration.
Pay Transparency:
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month
