Key Responsibilities - Lead the organization responsible for all Aeronautics billings and collections, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. - Partner with internal stakeholders and U.S. Government representatives to interpret and apply DFAR/FAR regulations, resolving complex compliance matters. - Collaborate with program finance and shared services teams to structure new business opportunities and optimize contracting strategies. - Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin policies, DFAR/FAR, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements across all billing and collections activities. - Analyze and distill complex accounts receivable trends, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. - Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development of team members, fostering a strong pipeline of future financial leaders. - Cultivate a collaborative, "One Team" culture focused on partnership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
