Meta ManyChat Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist for B2C
We’re looking for a specialist who knows how to turn Meta ManyChat conversations into booked phone calls with a high conversion rate. You should be obsessed with conversational strategy, personalization, and building flows that move people from curiosity to commitment. We have an existing chat flow that handles lead engagement, qualifying questions, and personalization based on current state and future state. Now we want someone who can optimize the entire experience so more leads transition into live phone conversations. Your role: • Review and refine our current Meta / ManyChat flows • Add personalization logic that feels human and increases response rates • Build a clean path that moves qualified leads toward a phone call • Create a final API handoff that triggers our AI voice agent to call the lead • Help us design messaging that clearly shows the gap between where they are now and the future state we help them reach • Improve conversion rate at each step while keeping everything simple and fast for the user You should already understand best practices for: • Meta chat automation • Conversion psychology inside chat environments • Multi step qualifying flows • Reducing friction and increasing reply rates • Smooth transitions from chat to human or AI phone conversations If you’re someone who thinks in funnels, understands human behavior, and can build chat flows that feel personal, predictable, and high converting, let’s talk.
