Meta & Google Ads Specialist (UpHex) – Contract (Remote)
About Us We’re a growing marketing and automation startup that helps local businesses streamline their growth with AI and digital advertising systems. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Meta & Google Ads Specialist to assist with client ad campaign setups and installs. This role is contract-based and offers per-project pay, with the possibility of moving into a full-time role. Responsibilities • Configure and launch ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager. • Set up campaigns through UpHex for streamlined deployment. • Install and configure Google Ads campaigns for local business targeting. • Ensure campaigns are properly tracked and optimized for client goals. • Deliver clean, accurate installs that meet client requirements. Compensation • Contract role, paid per project. • $100 per completed setup. • After 16 successful setups, rate increases to $150 per setup. • Potential path to full-time employment at $2,000/month if both sides are a good fit. Qualifications • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. • Ability to install and configure UpHex campaigns. • Experience creating or managing Google Ads campaigns. • Familiarity with conversion tracking and local lead generation. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes. • Reliable computer and internet connection. Pay & Benefits Pay • $100 per completed setup. • $150 per setup after 16 installs. • $2,000/month full-time potential after proving fit.
