Meta & Google Ads Specialist for Online Jeweler (Ad Creatives Included) - Contract to Hire

We are a Swedish e-commerce jeweler selling diamonds and engagement rings online. We are looking for a paid ads specialist who can build demand through strong creatives and run structured, profitable Meta and Google Ads at scale. The role requires sound judgment, hands-on execution and an understanding of performance beyond surface-level metrics. All campaigns are run through our own Meta and Google Ads accounts. Requirements • Fluent Swedish, spoken and written. Ads target Sweden. • Proven experience with high-ticket or premium e-commerce. • Ability to independently create sales-driven ad creatives (images, simple motion, text overlays). • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking and funnel behavior. • Comfortable evaluating performance using metrics such as CAC, AOV, contribution margin and blended performance. • English is fine for internal communication. Responsibilities • Own paid acquisition across Meta and Google Ads using our ad accounts. • Create original ad creatives and continuously test angles, hooks and formats. • Use product renders as one creative input, while taking full responsibility for creative performance. • Structure and optimize accounts with scalability and long-term efficiency in mind. • Analyze performance from a business perspective and make informed trade-offs. • Report insights weekly with clear conclusions and next actions.
