About the team and the role: We connect buyers and sellers across the EMEA region, supporting all aspects of eBay’s business with a focus on key European markets, including France. This role partners directly with top sellers to support their growth on the platform, acting as a primary point of contact delivering a personalised service. You will work closely with peers to resolve challenges, improve the seller experience, and contribute to market growth. What you will accomplish: Deliver excellent experiences for top sellers via phone and email, acting as a single point of contact Resolve seller challenges by researching issues, identifying solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up Collaborate with peers to address complex issues, applying judgment when handling non-standard situations Coach sellers on marketplace policies to support the best possible outcomes Identify patterns in customer issues and recommend improvements to enhance the seller experience Maintain accurate records using internal systems while prioritising customer needs and acting as their advocate What you will bring: Fluency in written and spoken English and French. Must be based in the Republic of Ireland. Experience in customer service, sales support, or upselling. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different situations Clear and professional communication skills when working with customers and colleagues Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while collaborating with others.
