The Merchandising Operations Support role is critical in facilitating in-store merchandising campaigns and ensuring effective communication and execution across various retail channels.ResponsibilitiesManage trouble tickets and store inquiries regarding merchandising, fixtures, POP, etcDrive innovation and simplicity - identify opportunities and drive process improvements, standardization and strategic thinking to gain efficiencies for in-store executionSupport Marketing Communications team with day to day administrative tasks as well as assist with one-off projects as requiredUpdate and create merchandising planograms, including accurate representation of regional marketing elements to support leaseline tactical updates in the visual merchandising system (VMS)Support on broadcasting leaseline same day and next day changes to Corporate and Dealer Channel leadsDevelop communications & store surveys and photo audits on new product launches and projectsLiaise with team on planogram timing and executionForecast print quantities for merchandising elements and coordinate distributionProvide merchandising support – extra requests (POP, logins, training etc) projects, zone Expansions and adaptationsSupport the Retail channel in identifying challenges and coming up with creative solutions to their visual merchandising/fixture problemsOther duties as assignedSkillsA university degree or college diplomaAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in QuebecSelf-motivated willing to take initiative to see tasks through to completionCritical thinker - asking questions and identifying root causeGreat communicator – outstanding written, verbal, and listening skillsAnalytical mind - able to identify trends and proactively foresee issuesEye for detail and nuancesExcellent organizational and project management skillsAgile – able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience in channel execution programs, sales support and visual merchandising is preferredAdvanced skills in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPointKnowledge of our Visual Merchandising System (VMS) preferredBenefitsMedical, dental, vision and mental health benefits35% discount on our servicesAccess exclusive offers from our partnersCompany OverviewBell continues to evolve in order to better serve its customers and shareholders.
