A day in the life… • Develop and manage financial plans that balance the ambition and vision of our merchants with the deliverable objectives of finance and the strategic initiatives of the company • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as category planners, replenishment, price, and allocation to understand and align on business objectives, opportunities, and risks • Analyze historical and current data, trends, and merchant feedback, to produce intelligent insights, actionable recommendations, and flexible business solutions • Communicate and educate various stakeholders on the financial plans, assumptions, and results using clear and compelling storytelling and data visualization • Act as a change leader to support company initiatives and ensure adoption by merchandising team • Influence and empower teams to take ownership of their business and deliver key performance indicators, such as sales, margin, inventory, and turn. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $92,000.00 - $155,000.00 Annual This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
