Job Summary
We are currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associates and Retail Stock Associates to join our merchandise team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, promoting our products, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional guest service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
Restock shelves, process inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $27.02 per hour, as well as opportunities for career growth and development. Additionally, our full-time associates may be eligible for benefits such as medical, financial, and other perks.
Please note that full-time positions require full availability seven days a week, including early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Our theme parks and resort hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
