We are an ego-free organization.We are seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee and support our team of therapists. Your role involves providing clinical guidance, ensuring quality care, and fostering professional development among our therapists. You'll conduct individual supervision sessions, facilitate team consultations, offer case consultations, and help assess and evaluate therapists whom Handspring hires. This position offers the opportunity to shape our clinical approach and mentor therapists while improving mental health outcomes for young patients.This is an opportunity to be a core part of a mission-driven organization that is looking to transform youth behavioral healthcare. You will work closely with Handspring’s Clinical Leadership.What you’ll doOversee and provide clinical supervision to therapists. Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to ensure high-quality care and professional developmentFacilitate case consultations and lead team meetings to promote collaborative problem-solving and knowledge sharingReview and provide feedback on treatment plans and clinical documentation to maintain best practicesEnsure therapists' compliance with safety protocols, documentation requirements, and ethical standardsProvide on-call risk consultation during daytime and evening clinic hours (on a rotating basis) for complex or crisis situationsParticipate in the interview and evaluation process for prospective therapists to help ensure strong clinical fit and high standards of careMentor and support therapists in their professional growthParticipate in quality assurance efforts, including regular chart audits and outcome measurementsCollaborate with the clinical leadership team to develop and implement new evidence-based treatment approaches and programsWhat we’re looking forLicensed mental health professional with at least 10 years post-license experience providing psychotherapy, including 6+ years specifically in pediatric mental healthExperience with supervision and risk managementActive, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFTs) and must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT)Ability to work independently with an interest in collaboration and learningComfort with using and learning new technologies, including Zoom, Office, electronic health record systems, and other team collaboration toolsExtensive knowledge of evidence based treatments such as CBT, DBT, ERP, HRT, and/or behavioral parenting support & trainingExperience treating children, adolescents, and/or young adults with a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, behavioral challenges, and other diagnoses of childhood and adolescencePosition detailsFull-time, remote positionMust be based in the Pacific Time ZoneThe salary range is $115,000 - $128,000, plus equityYou must be based in the United States and have U.S. work authorization
