Membership Team Interviewer

Base is looking for a thoughtful and engaging Interviewer to join our team!This flexible, remote role is ideal for someone who’s deeply curious about people, communicates with clarity and warmth, and has a strong sense of emotional intelligence. As the first point of contact for prospective members, you'll play a key role in shaping our community—making sure every applicant feels heard, understood, and genuinely excited about the possibility of joining Base.
