The individual we seek will have deep facilitation skills in an inbound service center environment and has worked with courseware development or maintenance projects. The trainer position is seen as a role model within the organization, so the individual we hire will have professionalism and organizational maturity and be able to coach and mentor all experience levels.Location: This position is located in our downtown Dallas, Texas location. Position cannot be virtual.
