Member of Marketing Staff (Affiliate Marketing & Creator Partnerships Manager)

Job Description Program Strategy Operations • Contribute and evaluate the Reka’s affiliate marketing strategy and budget plan, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and business direction • Analyse affiliate performance, generate reports, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations • Build robust onboarding flows, marketing toolkits, and educational collateral for affiliates. Monitor performance metrics—signups, conversions, lifetime value, return-on-ad spend etc., iterate to improve. • Stay updated on cultural and social trends, creators' behaviours, and industry best practices Creator Recruitment & Engagement • Identify and recruit creators across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) ensuring alignment with the RVFC mission. • Nurture relationships from micro-influencers to macro creators and facilitate content collaborations that spotlight our tools and community. Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting • Oversee campaign performance against commercial targets, tracking the implementation and impact of strategic initiatives • Present analytical findings and improvement strategies to internal stakeholders • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align messaging and identify creator needs. • Work closely with data teams to develop dashboards and reports that track affiliate growth, content impact, and revenue attribution. • Serve as the go-to expert for Reka’s Affiliate Program, establishing best practices, build tracking & measurement frameworks and models Reka's Mission Reka's mission is to build useful multimodal artificial intelligence and use it to empower organizations and businesses.
